Private Menorca Properties

Welcome to the Private Menorca website.

First let us introduce ourselves by explaining who we are, what we do and what are our objectives. Essentially we are owners as well as the booking & managing agents for a group of friends and ourselves whom all own properties on the private resort of Playas de Fornells in Menorca.

We spend most of the year on the resort and we are on hand to supervise the day to day management and maintenance of the properties and also to provide help in the event of any unforeseen problems arising.

Our objective is to offer top quality holiday accommodation at affordable prices and a booking process that is both flexible and trouble free.

All of our properties are extensively equipped and furnished to a very exacting standard to ensure a truly memorable holiday for all our guests. The ethos of ourselves and the other owners is for continuous improvement and upgrading so year on year each property is as fresh, clean and presentable at the end of the season as it was at the beginning.

We have 5 properties available to rent and our flexible booking policy allows you the freedom to book 1 to 2 weeks, or just a few days; we can usually accommodate your request.

All our prices are inclusive and  include the linen and towels in the price, these are changed weekly for longer lets, please note that the prices are for the property, we do not charge extra for additional occupancy.

We operate a complete freedom policy on booking, you can book to come any day of the week and leave any day as well, basically if it's available you can rent it.

All our properties have a total No Smoking rule inside the property but is allowed on the terraces also we do not allow pets.

 We attach great importance to the safety of all our guests especially children and to this end each property has had installed all the recommendations of the Association of  British Insurers and the Spanish Tourist Board.

These include mounted fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, terrace netting where applicable and lockable window restrainers in childrens bedrooms above first floor.

Any property using butane gas has valve's and pipe checked twice yearly and is updated every second year.
