If you find flights very expensive you may wish to try the 'hop' system, by getting a cheap flight to Barcelona and then a Clickair (Owned by Iberia operates a cheap flight from Barcelona to Menorca and return all year, we use them all the time. www.Clickair.com) flight to Menorca. The terminals at Barcelona (BCN ) are all joined and it is about a 5 minute walk from baggage collection from UK to check in at Clickair.
