This is a superb and luxurious ground floor property with large covered terrace that overlooks the sea, the tropical gardens and the hibiscus beds as well as the ornamental ponds.  The views from the terrace across the gardens and the bay to the distant hills are truly breathtaking.

There is ample terrace furniture so you can take  your meals outside and almost feel you are part of the stunning gardens as you sit alongside the deep red hibiscus and absorbing the smells of the tropical flowers surrounding you.

Inside the property is bright, airy and very modern. It has been extensively equipped and furnished to include everything you will need for a memorable holiday. As you enter through the full width French doors there is an open plan lounge with a kitchen to one side that has a double aspect making it very light and increasing the feeling of space. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric hob and full size oven, micro wave, toaster etc.

The lounge has large leather sofas and easy chair with a large LCD TV that includes Satellite channels and a DVD player. Off the lounge is the recently modernised and fully tiled bathroom with a large walk-in style shower. Also included in the equipment is a washing machine and tumble drier.

The main bedroom has a fully fitted wardrobe and is large with a double bed and bedside cabinets as well as a large chest of drawers. In the second bedroom there are two single beds a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All rooms have ceiling fans or windbox style fans for your extra comfort on those balmy summer nights.

There is free to use wi fi connection from covered terrace.

Outside there is ample parking within a few metres and access to a large pool with one minutes walk.  The shops and restaurants/bars are only a few minutes’ walk away as is the beautiful beach of Cala Tirant.
