This is a  beautiful property set in a stunning location surrounded by lush tropical gardens with the sea just 30 yards away.

Located on ground level, this modern, light and spacious property has the benefit of its own private terrace and little garden. It has been extensively equipped and lavishly furnished to include just about everything you should need for your holiday. Everything inside this property has been painstakingly selected to ensure that the equipment, furnishings and fittings are of a quality and style seldom found anywhre in rented accomodation.

 

The covered terrace looks out towards the sea comes complete with table and easy chairs for dining on, having breakfast or just gazing at the magnificent sunsets as the sun sinks behind the distant cape.

  The large bedroom is bright and spacious and has a large window that looks out towards the sea, there is a King size double bed with luxury sprung matress and full width, fully fitted wardrobe, it also benefits from having a remote controlled turbo ceiling fan that with the assistance of the air conditioning assures you of a good nights sleep even on the warmest of evenings.

For your entertainment there is a large LCD flat screen TV with full HD and an HD satellite digibox,  DVD and a 2.1 surround sound system for improved listening of your music and TV, the TV is wall mounted on a tilt and turn bracket, we also leave a selection of books and DVD’s that are changed on a regular basis. New for 2010 we have added a IPod/MP3 docking station.

A bolted wall safe has been fitted for your valuables and new for 2010 is a  free to use Wi Fi for those guests wishing to keep in touch whilst on holiday.

The property consists of a main lounge with a large sofa, easy chairs & double French windows that open up onto the terrace. There is a kitchen with a tiled breakfast bar, full size cooker with a ceramic hob, large fridge with an 'air-blast' freezer included, plus a microwave, washing machine, etc. there is also a separate area for dining complete with a large tiled table and 4 dining chairs.

 

In the completely modernised bathroom there is walk in shower with 'rain forest' shower head & the  

The property is now all electric so no gas anywhere inside the property.

The air conditioning has been upgraded to a noiseless split system combining both heating and cooling.

Car parking is outside the property and there is a couple of large infinity pools with sun terraces and loungers are only a short distance away.

The staying guest is also able to enjoy the lush, tropical gardens that surround the property, laze on the lawns overlooking the sea, feed the tropical fish in the ponds or swim and snorkel in the little bay in front of you. Whatever you choose to do the emphasis on this special part of Menorca is on peace and tranquility, so relax, unwind and enjoy your much earned holiday in the sun.

Within the resort and all close-by are well stocked supermarkets, a number of excellent restaurants as well as café/bars. There are two beaches joined by a wooden causeway both are safe and sandy with life guards (Creu Roja) keeping an eye on any unexpected events.

The beach area also has a diving school and fabulous snorkelling in the numerous rocky bays that surround the resort.. Nearby there are all the water sport facilities you would expect from paragliding to kayaking, and deep sea diving to wind surfing, for the less intrepid the area is famed for it’s wildlife so walking or cycling it a real experience
