Situated in one of the quitest of the private communities with its magnificent pool and sun terraces assures you of a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

 This is a lovely, bright and modern first floor property that overlooks the pool on one side and the sea and coastline from the other. It has an open plan kitchen area with a large tiled breakfast bar and a full size hob,  37 litre oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.

The lounge area has two modern, comfortable sofa’s, book case, SKY (free to view)32" LCD TV with DVD player and a hi-fi system and full width French windows that open onto a good sized covered terrace complete with terrace furniture and stunning views of the sea and coastline.

 In the fully tiled bathroom there is a full size bath and overhead shower as well as a sink and WC. There is available for the guests, games, books and a selection of music CD’s and DVD’s as well as a fitted safe for all your valuables.

The main bedroom is spacious with a full size (5 foot) divan double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a fully fitted wardrobe. The window also has open views of the sea and coastline. The second bedroom has two divan single beds, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, the window overlooks the gardens and the pool.

Outside the lovely gardens are enclosed by open lawns where you can laze and relax.

There are sun terraces where you can idle away the days and terraces around the large pool.

The pool is in front of the property and thought to be one of the best of the entire resort. It is gated and enclosed by a small stone wall for added safety especially for those parents with very young children.

There is a car park on the community.

During the winter the property has had shower screen fitted, new power shower head fitted, sun terrace replaced, a large breakfast bar built, new larger cooker, new microwave, complete repaint and biiger terrace sun blind fitted.
